The X-men are a men's touch football team that was formed in 2005. They are members of the Touch Football Ontario and the Toronto Touch Football League's. Our members range in ages from 22 to 42 years. They believe in fostering the growth of football, in competition and most importantly in comrade.
The X-men were fortunate to capture a Men's B" Canadian Championship in their first year of existence and are now poised to try and repeat. The home base for the X-men is Unionville where they play host to a football tournament during the second weekend of August and have also been chosen to host the 2006 Provincial Championships on Labour Day weekend.
This year the journey to the National Championship finals will go through Winnipeg Manitoba where the X-men will be traveling to defend that title in October 2006. They are viewed by the touch football community as one of the main promoters of the sport of touch football in Ontario.
